About Sherra

For creatives whose work has outgrown service provider positioning

I work with experienced designers and creative leaders whose role has evolved from execution to strategy, judgment, and guidance.

Most are already doing consultative work.

They just have not aligned their positioning, sales conversations, or business model with that reality.

That gap is where I work.

The Pattern

At a certain level, sales problems are not about confidence or persuasion.

They are about misalignment.

Deliverables are described when insight is the real value.
Fees reflect production when leadership is what clients rely on.
Talented professionals wait to be chosen when they are ready to choose.

When positioning, sales, and delivery reinforce each other, growth becomes steadier, calmer, and more profitable.

The Framework

As patterns repeated, one truth became clear:

The issue was language structure, not talent.

That insight led to Next Level Narrative, a framework integrating narrative into positioning, offer design, and sales conversations.

Developed and refined in collaboration with narrative strategist Jim Karwisch, the work now supports both private clients and cohort programs.

The results are consistent:

• Clearer positioning

• More grounded sales conversations

• Stronger fees

• Sustainable growth

Sales becomes a leadership practice.
Business becomes aligned with how you already think.

This Season

After two decades of private consulting, I am scaling this work through cohorts and master-level programs.

I believe meaningful work and abundant prosperity are not in conflict.

Everything I build now is designed around alignment, sustainability, and legacy.

If you are ready for your business to reflect the level you are already operating at, you are in the right place.

Why This Is My Work

I began as a designer.

Moved into creative recruiting and high-level placements.

Founded Creative Know-Who in 2001 and have built businesses through multiple economic cycles.

For over 25+ years, I have:

• Negotiated retainers in contingency-driven industries
• Helped scale teams from startup to 35+ employees
• Served as President of AIGA Atlanta
• Served on AIGA’s national board as President’s Council Chair
• Serve now as National Secretary of the Graphic Artists Guild

Leadership inside these organizations shaped how I understand authority, reputation, and long-term value creation.

This work is lived, not theoretical.
